When will my animal(s) ship?
All Orders placed on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday will be shipped the following day. If your order was placed on a , Friday, or Saturday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Unless in the case of a Federal Holiday then that can affect shipping dates.
What is the guarantee on my animal?
We guarantee to provide a healthy live animal on arrival. If there is any issue with any of the animals you receive please contact us immediately within two hours of receiving the order at
Sales@reptilezoousa.com other wise you are subject to voiding our guarantee.
What time will my animal(s) be delivered?
All live, non-venomous reptiles ship via Fedex priority overnight on the next business day after your check out. You will receive tracking when it is shipped . Most shipments are delivered before 10:30 AM but your exact delivery time will depend on your local delivery route. All live animal shipments require a signature upon delivery.
When will I get a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment on the evening of your ship date. This tracking number will be sent via email between 1PM and 5pm (EST) on your shipping date. You will be able to track your shipment by clicking on the link provided to you in your email.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please email sales@reptilezoousa.com to request any changes to your order. Please understand that this is not a guarantee that your shipping address will be updated until you hear back from us with confirmation.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
We do not usually take pre-orders on animals and items which are out of stock. We do occasionally offer pre-orders on some of our ARD Exclusive animal drops. You can visit the animals product page on our site that is out of stock and sign up via email or SMS to be notified when an animal is back in stock.
What if I can no longer care for my pet reptile?
Some reptiles can live for a very long time and if you should find yourself in a situation where you need to rehouse your pet reptile there are many small organizations that help with the housing and placement of these animals. An online search will usually help with this matter.
What if my pet reptile is aggressive?
Some reptiles are easier than others to handle and with proper care and maintenance most pet reptiles will be calm and able to be handled easily. We do carry snake hooks, feeding tongs and gloves to help with this process.
Why is my pet reptile having shedding issues?
Most feeding issues are caused by the lack of proper heat, humidity or diet. Once you get to the optimum levels the problem should be resolved. All reptiles have set ups that reflect their needs and the environment that they are found in naturally.
